Terms & Conditions

The conditions under which we offer our goods and services are outlined in these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Before placing an order, you should carefully examine these terms because they might have changed since you last looked over them.

You acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them by making an order for any of our goods or services. This is known as the "Contract."

1. About our services

In addition to providing advice and information on our website, we also offer consultations, doctor-led advice, personal weight loss programs, dietitian advice, the provision of tests, devices, and health supplements, and, upon clinical evaluation, the prescription and dispensing of prescription-only medications or referrals for other treatments and procedures (collectively, "Services").

2. Cost and mode of payment for general services

The website clearly outlines the costs of our services, including any tests, supplements, medications, or other goods, as well as any applicable shipping fees. When applicable, GST is included in all prices, which are expressed in rupees.

3. Services by Subscription

You give us permission to automatically charge you the specified monthly payment or instalment amount in accordance with the price information provided on our website or as provided to you by our clinicians or sales team, subject to any special offer or discount that may be applicable at the time, if the services you request include joining a subscription-based weight loss program (referred to as "Subscription Services") or purchasing goods and/or services on an instalment basis (referred to as "Instalments").

4. Details you need to give us

Before we can prescribe any medication related to your service request and ship your order, we may ask you to submit specific information for review by one of our doctors. This is done to make sure the services you have requested are appropriate for you. You will receive an email outlining the information we require and how to submit it. Along with a legitimate form of identification and a completed medical assessment form, you may also be asked to provide photo or video proof of your current weight and, for some services, proof of a live blood pressure reading.

5. Consultations with doctors and other appointments

We advise scheduling an initial consultation with one of our physicians to start your weight loss & slimming journey. In addition to assessing the appropriateness of any therapy or prescription that will be part of the services you get, a consultation appointment enables the doctor to gain a deeper understanding of your unique situation and weight loss objectives and to offer helpful advice and direction. For new patients or those who have not had therapy from us in the past 12 months, first consultation sessions are set for 50 minutes. For patients who have already received treatment, these appointments are shorter and are conducted remotely by video call.

6. Evaluation of appropriateness

We will verify whether you are (or remain) eligible for the products and/or services you have requested after reviewing your service request and the information you have given us, whether through online forms or during any initial or follow-up consultation appointment with one of our doctors, if the services you have requested involve the prescription of medications.

7. Refund Process

None of the following are subject to your right to cancel and get a refund, even if they are a part of an order that includes multiple goods and/or services: Prescription medications and supplements, services, following their completion; or items that are sealed for hygienic or health reasons, once you have opened them after receiving them.

8. Minus clinic contract void clauses:

We discover that any of the medical or personal data you have given us is false or materially erroneous;

You refuse to let us or a carrier acting on our behalf deliver any ordered goods within a reasonable amount of time. Unless the order (or a portion of the order) is for a prescription medication or any other product for which you would not be entitled to a legal right to change your mind in line with condition 10, in this case we recognize your order as cancelled and refund the purchase price; or

We have the right to terminate our agreement with you and demand any money owed to us, including expenses of enforcement, if

You neglect to pay us when it's due and you continue to underpay within 14 days after we inform you that it's due;

You do not give us the information we need under condition 5 or any other information we reasonably ask for in order to determine your needs or whether a product or service is appropriate for you by the deadline;

We learn that a service is no longer clinically appropriate for you;

You act in a way that we reasonably believe to be aggressive, threatening, verbally abusive, discriminating, or sexually inappropriate during any consultation appointment or phone contact with one of our doctors, dieticians, or other team members.

9. Other important Terms

Other essential phrases

We have the option to transfer our contract with you so that your treatment is provided by a different organization. If we intend to do this, we will get in touch with you to inform you. If you are dissatisfied with the transfer, you can terminate the contract on or before the date of the transfer to another provider by contacting our customer service team at info@minusclinic.com or call

………………………………... We will reimburse you for any upfront payments you made for services you will not receive as a result of the cancellation.

Your personal information will only ever be processed in compliance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at www.minusclinic.com/customer-care/privacy-policy.

The Contract grants no rights to anyone else. You and we are the parties to the contract. Neither of us will need to get permission from anybody else to end or modify it, and no one else can enforce it.

The remainder of this contract shall remain in effect even if a court rules that any part of it is invalid. The remaining terms and conditions in these terms will remain in effect even if a court or other authority finds that any of them are illegal.

We may exercise our rights under the Contract at any time, even if we put off doing so. Even though we might not pursue you right away for failing to do something (like pay) or for doing something that is against the law, we may nevertheless do so in the future.

Our customer service staff will try their best to address your complaint in line with our complaints policy, which you can obtain upon request, if you are unhappy with any of the services you have received from us.

10. Minus app is used for the convenience of the Minus exclusive patients & clients to access , book services, records, doctors prescriptions, recommendations, and not for any other commercial purpose.
